  • Medium - If your room is up to 12' x 14', stick with a fan that is 42" - 54" in diameter. Medium rooms include bedrooms and dining rooms.
  • Large - A room that is up to 18' x 20' should feature ceiling fan sizes 52" - 60" in diameter. This includes family rooms and large bedrooms.

A flush mount ceiling fan is installed directly against the ceiling without a downrod. It is designed for low-ceiling rooms where vertical clearance is limited.
3. Does a flush mount fan move less air?

Compared to downrod fans, airflow may be slightly lower, but a high-quality flush mount fan with optimized blade design can still deliver strong and efficient airflow for small to medium rooms.
4. Can flush mount fans be used in bedrooms?

Yes. Flush mount fans are very popular for bedrooms because they are quiet, space-saving, and visually clean.
5. What ceiling height is suitable for a flush mount fan?

Flush mount fans are ideal for ceilings 8 feet (2.4 m) or lower. They help maintain proper head clearance and comply with safety recommendations.
